Vassilis Tzevelekos has been Lecturer of International Law at Hull University since 2010. He has worked as a researcher under training in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Diplomatic Archives Department. Although he describes himself as a jurist since he is a member of the Athens Bar Association—specializing in issues of protection and enforcement of human rights law—he for some time flirted with political science as well. What he teaches include: theory of international law, international organizations law, responsibility issues of international organizations, fair resolution of international disputes, violence, human rights protection and international criminal law. His indignation about the "crisis" was pumped into creating—along with friends and mostly English university colleagues—the Greek Public Policy Forum.
